COMMISSIONS
TERMS OF SERVICE

I have a right to deny any commission or anybody if they do not follow these. If I wish to stop doing a commission, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on how much is done.
I will not issue a refund unless I am unable to do the commission or do not wish to continue, keep this in mind before you commission me.

COMMISSIONS

- I will not draw anything containing hateful content, violent gore or anything illegal.
- I will not accept commissions from people showing ableism, transphobia, racism or homophobia.
- I prefer upfront payment, but if it would make you more comfortable I can do a 50/50 payment especially for larger amounts.
- You may not use my art or commissions for AI, NFTs or anything related to it.
- Commissions may take anywhere from a few days to a few months. If you want an update you are free to ask
- Do not claim commissioned art as your own.
- Commissioning me does not mean we are friends, do not start asking me personal and uncomfortable questions about myself or my friends.

ADOPTS

- You may give the designs any name, pronouns, story, age or gender you want. They are blank slate designs.
- You may create nsfw content with my adopts as long as the content is not illegal or immoral.
- You may resell adopts for the same value you got them for. Do not resell for more money unless you have added additional art.
- No NFT or AI, as said in the last section.
- You are free to redesign the adopt, or buy it as a gift.
- Once you buy an adopt you may not trade it out for another one of my adopts.
